Sojourn Ice Co., based out of Waterville, ME, is a mobile food trailer bringing traditional Philadelphian Water Ice on the road. Owned & Operated by Bobby Dombroski, and aided and abetted by his wife Larkin, and daughter, Alma, Sojourn Ice Co. is a family business that serves up love and pride in every scoop.
Our name "Sojourn," meaning "journey" is an homage to our family's journey from Philadelphia, PA to Waterville, ME. Much like our name suggests, we hope that you take a moment to both enjoy the ride, wherever your journey takes you, and to pause, stop, and savor the favor in the every delicious bite.
Our Water Ices are intentionally produced for everyone to enjoy, crafted with just three simple ingredients - 100% GMO-free, pure fruit purees, filtered water, and pure cane sugar. We proudly use locally-sourced ingredients wherever possible, including partners such as Wyman's of Maine and Precipice Coffee. All of our offerings are vegan, and gluten and dye free.
