We pride ourselves on small-batch, heritage recipes in the Philly tradition, crafted just the way Bobby’s Italian immigrant Great Uncle Tony used to make. Savor our tried-and-true favorites, some classic, some with a signature Maine twist, available on a rotating basis. Every flavor is 100% natural, vegan, gluten and dye free, crafted from just filtered water, pure cane sugar, and 100% GMO-free fruit purees.

  • The deep red of natural cherry fiber, with an undeniable flavor. A South Philly classic, your gateway to a budding love of Water Ice.

  • A quintessential summer treat. Lemon is perfectly tart and perfectly refreshing.

  • A Maine classic, Sojourn style. (New Jersey blueberries have nothing on Maine’s!) Produced in partnership with Wyman’s of Maine, chock full of flavor and nutrition.

  • Crafted from a rotation of fine local beans. Frequent flyers include Precipice Coffee and Mbingo Mountain Coffee. This sweet treat combines the silky texture of water ice with the refreshing flavor (and caffeine!) of iced coffee.

  • Soon to become a staple of your summer. Passionfruit is sweet and refreshing, with a delicious zing.

  • Quintessentially Maine, produced using maple from our friends at Bemis Family Farm. Pro tip - try a scoop of Coffee AND a scoop of Maine Maple for the perfect summer combo. (And be sure to visit both of us summer Thursdays at the Downtown Waterville Farmer’s Market!)
